 Elizabeth Scholder's Art Studio

These Days Art, studio by Elizabeth Scholder is on the western end of Monument Ave., in Richmond, Virginia. You may contact Elizabeth by phone or email to schedule a visit.  All of her artwork, ranging from large oil paintings to prints and stationery is for sale.  You may want to commission her to paint a mural or portrait. Elizabeth teaches art at the studio, specializing in painting and drawing for teenagers to adults.  She also offers an enjoyable alternative for social events—“pArties,” in which 6-8 people can gather at These Days for a painting, or similar art activity.  Elizabeth can also go to your venue to present the art activity.

Elizabeth has been an artist all her life, quite literally.  Her first published works were in a physiology textbook at age 17.  She did a lot of freelance work while raising her family, including over 90 illustrations of people in a manual for educators.  She taught high school and college art for about 25 years, and began teaching adults' art at Cocoa
Beach LIbrary in 2014. Today, she takes commissions and teaches adults at her
